It collaborates all analysis through Outlook plugins and can ensure that all email content, whether business generic or business users are stored with classified attachments into the DMS system with the highest level of automation and exception automation in the market.

The FlowMatrix Email Filer is the most comprehensive solution available for analysing and filing emails into a content system. FlowMatrix controls the chaos and minimises the risk in processing emails with a fully collaborative, highly functional analysis engine and Outlook Add-In
Flowmatrix duplexes the influx of emails to a filing station where it forensically examines the content of every email and all the email attachments. The system can look for project and matter information anywhere in an email, whether visible or hidden and uses advanced logic to link third party information to the source matter.
The FlowMatrix Email Filer can classify attachments, provide advanced attachment analysis and automatically, or with the fewest intervention clicks file documents and message files into just about any DMS system.
The solution has fully collaborative dockable Add-In, shared between all email recipients, to interface with the email analysis. Emails can be easily categorised, sorted and triaged. Risk workflows can detect mixed matter and project content, and escalate critical emails to the compliance team.

QuickDrop Connectivity Platform
Fundamentally QuickDrop is a set of user and group queues that shadows organisational user structures and has a wide variety of very flexible software and hardware input & output mechanisms and portals. QuickDrop has digital mail room integration, email integration, desktop client tools, departmental MFD and bulk scanning connectors and mobile working interfaces.
Like a comprehensive road network system, QuickDrop connects all origins and destinations and allows information to be passed and shared collaboratively between users without any physical constrains for immediate shared decision making.
TotalCopy & TotalPrint Costs Recovery Module
FlowMatrix has some of the most seamless and non-invasive tools to almost automate Print, Copy (and if needed Scan) cost recovery for all desktop, MFD and system driven output and reproduction.
