Paper River has a comprehensive suite of archive management products that can help you deplete all your hard copy archive.

Simply add bulk archiving interfaces to your Digital Mail Room ScanPort to capture directly into any DMS or into a user or group QuickDrop queue. The ScanPort can become your Swiss army knife for tackling all the legacy paperwork you expensively store off-site or on-site.

Department users can also electronically pre-prep boxes for digitisation using some neat profiling tools. Then simply send the profiled boxes to your mail room or concierge team and they can either be scanned directly to the DMS or otherwise back to the QuickDrop Desktop application for review and QA. The Bulk Scanning additions are inexpensive and can save thousand or pounds of unnecessary archive costs.
