The QuickDrop MFD Connector is the fastest one or two-click market connector app to submit, OCR and fully profile a document into any DMS. The QuickDrop Connector can send documents to the user’s queue in the QuickDrop Connectivity Platform and can also send documents to another users QuickDrop queue or a group queue for full collaborative processing. The FlowMatrix Legal Desktop Client then allows further document manipulation, editing and QA. The system can also process the document enroute from the MFD to QuickDrop so that all metadata is parsed from the document and a description set automatically for single-click submission.
Automated index extraction can include for example:
- Client reference
- Matter reference
- Fee earner (reconciled and checked)
- Document Date
- Scanned Date (very important for chronological ordering)
- Party/other law firm sending in document
- Automated document description/title
The QuickDrop Connector also supports envelope-linked and batch processing of multiple documents and repagination. In addition, the MFDs in conjunction with the FlowMatrix connectors support advanced job building with maximum page level compression for colour and black & white.
