The FlowMatrix Outbound Gateway can revolutionise the efficiency in bundling documents together for dispatch and approval. It links the desktop Admin to the mobile Fee Earner simply and easily.
Documents can be sent for approval and the correct signing process. Once approved, documents can be dispatched via the appropriate digital or physical process. If a Fee Earner needs to refer a document back for edits that can also be achieved by the Outbound Mobile Approval App.

Using the Outbound Dispatch Client, users are able to batch-select documents from any DMS system or desktop files and put them into a dispatch process that will automatically determine the best release option for each document which can be based on the individual document classification or through CMS/PMS look-ups of the recipient for preferred channel type receipt. Documents that have a mandated rules-based export format can be defaulted as such.
Document batches can be submitted to approval or supervision (which can be rules-based such as probation sender approval) and invoke the correct signature process (image, electronic QES/AES/SES with multi-factor authentication or hardcopy wet signature) for the document and push to hybrid email or print output.

The Outbound Mobile & Web Approval App, or Web Tool makes the signing and approval of documents easy for Fee Earners on the go. Once a batch of documents have been dispatched from the Outbound Dispatch Client they are sent for approval. The solution can integrate with QES, AES and SES multifactor signing systems such as Docusign and Intesi.
