When printing at a user’s desktop FlowMatrix TotalPrint facilitates a comprehensive invisible XPS parsing process to check all dispatched documents from wherever they are printed and check for matter ID/Referencing content. FlowMatrix will validate the reference and reconcile the matter against the logged-in desktop user of direct or subscribed matter ownership which will also be reconciled with Matter Reference information in any DMS and PMS system.

When Copying at an MFD the FlowMatrix can use the same Favorites and Recent matters profiling to rapidly browse and set a matter code through a global cache with validation against the user. TotalCopy can also mandate setting a matter or used ID before a copy is made. FlowMatrix cost recovery also supports departmental codes.

Most of FlowMatrix cost recovery is automated and alleviates the need for unnecessary pop-ups every time a document is printed or unnecessary MFD data entry when a document is copied.
