Paper River supply a variety of agile applications applications for tablets and smart phones, allowing seamless workflows whilst on the move. These applications support organisations with the minimum amount of human effort and profiling. Users can work online or offline or directly with applications in the Cloud to collect and submit information from remote offices and locations.  

Paper River helps you to manage your information wherever you are. Our Outlook Email Filer Add-In makes it so easy to manage and file your emails collaboratively with other users while you are on the go.

That also includes reviewing all your hardcopy post in your email client using our Digital Mail Room Lite offering. Envelopes and documents can be scanned centrally and posted to Outlook as a set of attachments, but most importantly analysed with all project and matter information presented in the Outlook Add-In.

Our Outbound Dispatch solutions also make review and signing of documents easy using a combination of multifactor QES or traditional signing options. If you need a contract sending out, your admin can dispatch it centrally, you can simply review it and approve it on your mobile device and in a click dispatch it to your client seamlessly.

The FlowMatrix Outbound Gateway can revolutionise the efficiency in bundling documents together for dispatch and approval. It links the desktop Admin to the mobile Fee Earner simply and easily.

Documents can be sent for approval and the correct signing process. Once approved, documents can be dispatched via the appropriate digital or physical process. If a Fee Earner needs to refer a document back for edits that can also be achieved by the Outbound Mobile Approval App.
