Paper River helps you to manage your information wherever you are. Our Outlook Email Filer Add-In makes it so easy to manage and file your emails collaboratively with other users while you are on the go.
That also includes reviewing all your hardcopy post in your email client using our Digital Mail Room Lite offering. Envelopes and documents can be scanned centrally and posted to Outlook as a set of attachments, but most importantly analysed with all project and matter information presented in the Outlook Add-In.
Our Outbound Dispatch solutions also make review and signing of documents easy using a combination of multifactor QES or traditional signing options. If you need a contract sending out, your admin can dispatch it centrally, you can simply review it and approve it on your mobile device and in a click dispatch it to your client seamlessly.
Document Dispatch Approval
The FlowMatrix Outbound Gateway can revolutionise the efficiency in bundling documents together for dispatch and approval. It links the desktop Admin to the mobile Fee Earner simply and easily.
Documents can be sent for approval and the correct signing process. Once approved, documents can be dispatched via the appropriate digital or physical process. If a Fee Earner needs to refer a document back for edits that can also be achieved by the Outbound Mobile Approval App.

Print Management
FlowMatrix supports efficient management of rules-based printing both centrally and through secure printing. When printing from a desktop, from within Outlook or system printing, rules and workflow can determine if a job is sent to central print services, local secure print queues or even to an external hybrid print service.
The FlowMatrix client printing tools can also automatically link a print to a project or matter code and invoke cost recovery tickets to be uploaded to the PMS or audit linked into MI systems for managing costs. FlowMatrix works alongside all the leading MFD brands and secure print solutions.
Cost Recovery
FlowMatrix has some of the most seamless and non-invasive tools to almost automate Print, Copy (and if needed Scan) cost recovery for all desktop, MFD and system driven output and reproduction. This can layer on top of secure printing solutions like PaperCut, Equitrac and other leading secure print solutions.
