That also includes reviewing all your hardcopy post in your email client using our Digital Mail Room Lite offering. Envelopes and documents can be scanned centrally and posted to Outlook as a set of attachments, but most importantly analysed with all project and matter information presented in the Outlook Add-In.

Our Outbound Dispatch solutions also make review and signing of documents easy using a combination of multifactor QES or traditional signing options. If you need a contract sending out, your admin can dispatch it centrally, you can simply review it and approve it on your mobile device and in a click dispatch it to your client seamlessly.
