This provides an internet bridge between mobile and remote field workers to run rich data acquisition applications on their mobile devices and submit & receive information through a securely encrypted gateway linked back to their on-premise line-of-business applications. This is a fantastic new way for workers such a Loss Adjustors, Clinical Research Associates, Planning Inspectors or Lawyers to operate away from the office and still have access to case and project files they need to work from with full two-way synching.

Cloud Application Connectors

Paper River has connectors that facilitate submission from multi-function devices, network scanning devices, digital mail room and electronic content and migration directly into established Cloud applications. These are available for all MFD platforms from Canon, HP, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Lexmark, Ricoh, Sharp, and Xerox multi-function devices, as well as solutions and connectors for the Nuance eCopy platform. We can capture and submit too:

The Cloud Bridge

FlowMatrix CloudBridge is our leading technology innovation that creates the links between true mobile working and on-premise multiple application use. It provides an internet bridge between mobile and remote field workers to run manage projects on their mobile devices and submit & receive information through a securely encrypted gateway linked back to their business with full on-line and off-line working and two-way caching and synchronisation.

As mentioned this is a great new way for remote workers such a Loss Adjustors, Clinical Research Associates, Planning Inspectors or Lawyers to operate in the field, or with clients and still have access to case and project files they need to work from. Lawyers can for instance take a subset of documents from a Matter off-site, maybe contained within a FlowMatrix Virtual Binder and add further information to the Matter at a client location, including voice dictation (immediately converted to text), add additional documents or even virtual sticky labels. The additions will automatically synchronise via the FlowMatrix CloudBridge back to the on-site Matter file with immediate access by supporting secretarial staff.

FlowMatrix Invoice Processing in the Cloud

The FlowMatrix invoice processing solution can handle multiple paper & electronic submissions, many processing methods and multiple output formats into key AP systems. The FlowMatrix AP solution can process line items, goods received notices and comprehensive header data. It also incorporates a HMRC rules set, with custom rule creation. Most importantly the solution uses special algorithms that alleviate the need for formal templating, allowing suppliers to be quickly and easily setup with no manual input.

It is now available as Cloud hosted solution and available on a per-invoice or subscription basis. We can provide on-premise all-in-one scanning devices that will connect straight to our FlowMatrix Cloud Server running FlowMatrix Invoice Processing and alleviate the need of any business, however small to process their invoices in-house. A web based client application facilitates error and exception corrections for the client and invoice data can be passed to external accountant or ERP systems.

Cloud Migration Solutions

Paper River are experts in Document Migration. If you are a business running line-of-business applications that are not portable into the Cloud we can provide migration services to port content to new Cloud-based storage.

The FlowMatrix Document Migration solution consists of both consultancy and technology provided at a fixed, unambiguous price which depends on the volume and complexity of the migration. The first phase is the consultative project analysis, which is both quantitative and qualitative in its methods. We work with you to determine:

1. The state, type, nature and location of current documents (electronic or physical)
2. The current document classification and metadata
3. The volume of documents for migration
4. The image and content processing and/or repurposing requirements
5. The mapping between old and new repository structures and metadata schema
6. Defining the exception handling strategy for anomalies, corrupted files or missing data
7. Defining any value enhancements such as on-the-fly metadata enhancement
8. Defining the success validation criteria
9. The human resource requirements (if any) to fulfil the migration
