FlowMatrix PME allows your organisation to define advanced user and department billing rules around printing, menus of cost options which can be selected at the time of printing to control which users can incur what types of printing costs. Rules can be created which determine which printer resources are used for specifc types of print jobs including the corporate print room or external printing. Runing totals of user and departmental printing costs are used and reported to help ensure that departmental budgets are not broken.

The solution can be integrated with the leading secure pull printing solutions such as SafeCom and Equitrac. It can also integrate with external sources of cost-base codes such as practice management systems. Reports can be generated in suitable formats for important into client billing or general accounting systems.

The FlowMatrix PME security filters bring a whole new set of tools for making printing compliant with confidentiality and data security policies. The security filters allow organisations to define print policies for groups of users to flag up or block print output from non-authorised applications or potentially containing sensitive data.
