The FlowMatrix Server BPS is the core of the FlowMatrix technology platform. It features a comprehensive, rules-based workflow engine and a plug-in architecture which make the server features highly extensible. The server plugins provide connectivity to more than 20 major enterprise EDRMS and data repositories for document routing and live schema or data look ups.The plugins also provide a full suite of document processing capabilities such as OCR, barcodes, PDF creation, file format conversion, data parsing, report generation, imag manipulation, multi-system data queries, email generation and capture.
The FlowMatrix Server BPS also the engine that drives our Mail Room, Distributed Capture, Invoice Processing and other solutions. It is well recognised that many organisations' printing costs are often out of control, whilst printing itself can be a major headache in terms of data security. The corporate print room might be underutilised, whilst the MFDs are used to print off hundreds of pages of emails in full colour mode.
FlowMatrix Print Management Engine is a FlowMatrix solution module which gives your organisation better and more intelligent control over the organisation's day-to-day printing behaviours for cost saving, auditing and enhanced data security.
FlowMatrix PME allows your organisation to define advanced user and department billing rules around printing, menus of cost options which can be selected at the time of printing to control which users can incur what types of printing costs. Rules can be created which determine which printer resources are used for specifc types of print jobs including the corporate print room or external printing. Runing totals of user and departmental printing costs are used and reported to help ensure that departmental budgets are not broken.
The solution can be integrated with the leading secure pull printing solutions such as SafeCom and Equitrac. It can also integrate with external sources of cost-base codes such as practice management systems. Reports can be generated in suitable formats for important into client billing or general accounting systems.
The FlowMatrix PME security filters bring a whole new set of tools for making printing compliant with confidentiality and data security policies. The security filters allow organisations to define print policies for groups of users to flag up or block print output from non-authorised applications or potentially containing sensitive data.
The FlowMatrix Invoice Management Engine is the FlowMatrix solution module at the core of our Invoice Process Automation solution. The engine is able to automatically and intelligently extract the essential data from invoices which have been captured or supplied in electronic format - typically from scanned paper invoices, PDFs, Word document, Excel documents, EDI or XML data files.
The engine is also capable of self-learning of invoice templates to improve the speed and accuracy of the data extraction process. The engine can integrate with your accounts or order management systems to provide two, three and four way matching. It provides an invoice approval capability whcihc can easily be managed and configured by your accounts department or the engine can be integrated with your existing invoice approval mechanisms if they already exist.
The engine is flexible enough to be configured to accomodate non-standard invoice types such cash payment slips.
Paper and Electronic Forms are amongst the more valuable and/or more important documents an organisation has to process. However, the cost of manually extracting the data from the forms into business applications can often be unfcomfortably high.
The FlowMatrix Forms Management Engine is the FlowMatrix solution module underlying our forms processing solutions. It leverages smart OCR, forms recognition and advanced text parsing technology to automatically extract the data from structured and semi-structured forms.
The engine integrates with allow our other products making it possible to construct seamless end-to-end solutions - for example order forms are scanned in the mail room using the FlowMatrix Mail Room solution and routed automatically to the Forms Managment Engine which extracts all the key data, which in turn is then fed directly as new orders into the order management or ERP system.
